Lili has been an organizational effectiveness professional in the Silicon Valley for over 30 years. For the past 20 years, she has been a career coach specializing in coaching general managers, mavericks, and high potential employees to understand their authentic styles and to compose their careers to maximize their impact and gifts. She is frequently called on to design and facilitate offsite meetings and team building sessions.
She has her own career coaching firm in the Bay Area, Career Advocates, in Walnut Creek. Her practice specializes in coaching high potential executives. She specializes in work situations that are undergoing significant change, such as promotions, mergers and acquisitions, career transitions and reinventing your career. Her background in executive search, outplacement and coaching is integrated into her coaching approach, which include developing concrete plans and practicing of new approaches until they become internalized and metrics to determine successful results.
Prior to starting her own firm, Lili was the career strategy consultant for alumni of the Stanford Graduate School of Business for over 10 years and for local and national career management firms, Right Management, Workpath Group and Interchange. She was one of the founding partners of M2, an interim search management firm. Prior to this, she worked in executive search firms for 10 years. Earlier in her career, she was a product manager at Levi Strauss and a consultant with Arthur Young
Her educational background includes BA and MBA degrees from Stanford University.
In addition, she is certified in nine assessment tools including MBTI, Insights, Birkman, Assessment Plus and PDI.
